Hi, I’m Tara Shepherd Brown. For over 20 years, I’ve had the joy of partnering with creative professionals to share the story of God’s love and hope through their work. My role has often been behind the scenes—consulting, managing logistics, and coordinating events—so my clients can focus on what they do best., including BibleProject, Sarah Bessey (Evolving Faith), ARTIST&NOMAD, Donald Miller, Jim Chaffee (Chaffee Management Group), Suzanne Stabile, Bob Goff, Givingtons, and many more.

I’m currently welcoming new clients who are looking for logistical guidance for conferences, workshops, and retreats.

My journey has also been shaped by learning. I’ve grown in my understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion through an intensive led by Lisa Sharon Harper (Freedom Road), and deepened my Enneagram knowledge through a year-long program with Master Teacher Suzanne Stabile (Life in the Trinity Ministries). I am also beginning my studies for Spiritual Direction with Soul Formation, starting in November 2025.

I am fortunate to live in my favorite city, Portland, Oregon - the land of amazing coffee, beautiful nature, and inspiring art.  For 34 years, my husband, Eric, has filled our lives with adventure. He works with Compassion International. We have three wonderful sons and daughters-in-law, all incredibly creative and artistic. We have these big, unreasonable dreams of opening a farm/retreat/event center to be a sanctuary for creatives and leaders to rest and be cared for. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me with a good book, tending summer flowers, helping friends bring their dreams to life, sipping strong coffee, or playing with different art forms. And for the record: chips, guacamole, and a margarita absolutely count as dinner in my book.
